Affiliates The Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics is proud to be affiliated with the following law enforcement and corrections organizations from around the world, supporting the movement's largest grass-roots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle. International Association of Chiefs of Police is the founding law enforcement organization of the Torch Run. The IACP hosts a Law Enforcement Torch Run photography contest annually, with hundreds of entries received from around the world - all of the photos painting a moving picture of officers interacting with Special Olympics athletes in their communities. "For decades law enforcement officers have been raising funds to help their local Special Olympics athletes fully participate and enjoy the events," says Elisa Cohen, Marketing Manager, IACP.
